SUGGESTED CONTRIBUTION

- $25 for a 4 minute live video call with Santa*

- $40 for a 8 minute live video call with Santa*

- $10 for a personal greeting video from Santa e-mailed to you*

If you are unable to schedule a live call and would still like to make a charitable donation, please click here. A Canadian Tax receipts will be issued on donations but no tax receipts will be issued on contributions made towards a zoom call or video greeting.

HOW IT WORKS

- Pick your Time Slot and fill out a personalized questionnaire to help Santa know more about your little ones. CLICK HERE to get started.

- Make your desired contribution by CLICKING HERE.

- Once we have received both your Contribution and your Questionnaire, you will receive an e-mail with your Zoom Link and your confirmed time slot.

- Please click on your zoom link and have your little ones ready for their Santa call a few minutes prior to your time slot.

- Enjoy your Video chat with Santa!

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Q. What is required to Video Chat with Santa?

A. You will need to sign up for a ‘free’ zoom account. You will receive an e-mail with the zoom meeting link. On the Day and Time of your call click the link and it will direct you to a livestream. You will have the option to turn your video camera ON and Santa will be able to see you! YOU WILL NEED A PHONE OR COMPUTER WITH INTERNET CONNECTION.

Q. What time zone is my time slot set in?

A. The time slots shown are set for Eastern Standard Time Zone. Please keep that in mind when booking your time slot.

Q. How long is the Video Call?

A. The calls is approximately 4 minutes or 8 minutes long according to your contribution amount.

Q. What if I have more than one child that would like to chat with Santa?

A. No problem. Just be sure to list each Child’s name and details when booking your time slot.

Q. Will a donation tax receipt be issued?

A. We are unable to issue tax receive on this fundraiser since you are receiving a service (video call) in exchange.
